I couldn’t rate Petpals highly enough! Phil looked after my 2 cats whilst I was on holiday for a week and he was absolutely fantastic and put my mind at ease immediately (as I was nervous leaving my boys).The daily visit log made me smile and I was delighted to hear that my usually nervous boys were comfortable and happy around Phil and that they were being cared for. Communication was excellent.I came home to 2 happy, content cats!Absolutely excellent service! Thank you for everything, absolute superstars!

The Basingstoke Petpals team of Alex and Phil have been walking and helping with our dog Dusty for a couple of years now and I genuinely couldn't be happier with them. They take absolute pride in providing an exceptional service, always flexible where needed and responsive if we need to discuss any changes with them; even at the last minute.Ensuring our dog is taken care of and provided with a professional - but fun and love filled - dog walk, particular to keep her socialising regularly in the right mix of other dogs means a lot to us and we really couldn't be happier with the awesome job they do. And we're sure that Dusty our cockapoo would agree with every word too!

We had struggled to find someone to look after our cat who is elderly with a variety of medicinal needs! Phil has been really reliable and so patient with her. It's also good to hear he gives her a bit of a fuss as well,a lovely human touch . Really recommend them.

Excellent service from the Petpals team. They have looked after our cats for over 6 years now, and I would thoroughly recommend. My two are now quite elderly, and its nice to see on the visit report that they've been enjoying fuss, as well as feeding and cleaning. Thanks very much for the taking the time with them. Alex and Phil have taken amazing care of our Persian cat on a number of occasions. Despite him being "high maintenance" with his coat and eyes, we always return to a very happy, incredibly well brushed cat who didn't miss us at all! Incredibly happy with their responsiveness and very grateful for their attention.

I'm blown away by the responsiveness and efficiency of the Petpals team. They've taken excellent care of my boy and worked hard to make him feel comfortable, especially as he's so nervous with new people. I know he'll continue to warm up with more visits and he is already so much calmer and happier on our return, compared to when we bring him back from the cattery. Being able to stay in his own home is a gamechanger and now the solution for him going forwards. I'm also really grateful for our house being regulalry checked in on and kept safe whilst we're away. Highly recommend Phil and Alex, they are a brilliant team.

I have used Petpals services on multiple occasions to look after our cat Ant when we go on holiday and have been impressed every time! The team provide regular updates and keep a pet log form detailing their visits. They are reliable, friendly and professional. I never have to worry about Ant when we are away. We have used Petpals several times now, and they've always been excellent! Before the first time we used them, Alex came round to meet our cats, and get to know their history and what they need. One of our cats is really shy, and always hides, but they always make an effort to make sure she's ok, and we get an update log on how they've been each visit. We always know they're being well looked after, not just fed, but properly cared for and that's so reassuring! We would absolutely recommend Petpals, and especially Alex and Phil!
