Amazing pet care from start to finish, including a pre visit leading up to the day itself, with detailed relevant questions to ensure they could give great care to our dogs.On the day we were kept updated with photos and messages, that really allowed us to enjoy our day away.Top class service, will definitely book again.

I’ve been using Nilay and Priyanka for 8 months to come in and walk Harley a few times a week at lunch times, Harley is a big strong 42kg dog who has the tendency to pull, Nilay has worked with her to have her walking by his side! I receive regular pictures and updates and they are kind enough to pop in for a welfare check when I’m running late at work, I could not recommend more, very happy with the service they provide and what they charge for their services.

Petpals is a lovely little family business, run by a husband and wife team who genuinely love animals. I started out using their pet taxi service to take my ragdoll x persian cats to the vets as I don't have a car. This is more expensive than an ordinary taxi, but well worth the money (if you have it) as it is far more comfortable, accommodating, and calm. I then started using their cat sitting services, which are entirely professional, responsible, and caring. They did a thorough consultation with me at home where they asked loads of questions and made copious notes, followed up with a shared WhatsApp group where every visit was subsequently described with lots of pictures. My cats are still young so this included lots of play and also clearing up various accidents, including changing a waterproof sheet on my bed! Excellent service, very caring and calm and dependable, would recommend.

This was the first time we have used PetPal’s and Nilay and Priyanka did a great job taking care of our wonderful cat. They always arrived as scheduled, sent daily updates and photos, and ensured that she was well cared for and entertained while we were away. Very happy to recommend them and we will be using them again in future.

Our two cats were looked after beautifully. We had twice daily visits with thorough updates and pictures which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday. There was alse great flexibility when our flight was delayed. I believe they truly cared about our babies. Highly recommended. We will definitely use again.

I have used PetPals Milton Keynes for the last couple of months and I would highly recommend. I have gone through quite a lot of dog walkers due to my dog being a big and strong dog and have not found anyone that could deal with my dogs strength except for PetPals. I get regular updates of when they will get my dog, when they are there, on the walk and when they are back!! Lots of pictures are always sent and a detailed report of how my dog was on the walk.Couldn’t trust anyone else with my dog and very thankful I found PetPals. This was the first time I’ve used Petpals, and I was really impressed with their service. I had regular updates and lots of pictures, so I was confident and happy that my cat, Alfie, was being well looked after while I was away. Will definitely use them again and 100% recommend their services 👍

Nilay & Priyanka looked after our cat Dickens for 2 weeks whilst we went away on holiday. They sent daily WhatsApp updates, photos, and videos. Dickens was very spoilt by the two of them and got an extra treat on his birthday. They are extremely kind to animals and happy to meet all our cats needs. I would recommend Petpals MK to anyone.
