I needed Petpals to walk our gorgeous Cockapoo Jasper following ankle surgery which left me incapable of giving him the walks he deserves. Karen is so lovely to talk with, I even feel like she cheers me up every day, especially when I was housebound. I think Karen and Billy will always be around our dog now, especially with our work and holiday commitments. Jasper loves his walks and they treat him as they would their own. Very happy customers, thank you.

Cannot recommend them highly enough. I have met the walkers and can honestly say they are excellent caring people. They always look like they are enjoying their job , The dogs always seem relaxed and enjoy their walks . 10 out of 10.

Can't recommend Petpals enough! They've been walking Ralph for over 5 years and he loves it.It's really good that he gets to go on adventures with a lovely pack of other dogs each day and he always comes back tired.Karen, Billy and all the staff we've met are fantastic and nothing is ever a problem for them.Look at any of the pictures and you can see all the dogs love it and it's lovely we get to see what they've all been up to.I just want to meet all his friends now!

We are really pleased with the service petpals east durham provide, Karen has helped Tommy our border collie pup to settle in with us so quickly, and he loves her visits, we can't wait until he can start and join the bigger dogs on the group walks.

Highly recommend Karen & Billy! Dave absolutely loves going out for his walks and loves Billy so much he cries when he's brought him home. They bend over backwards to help and have so much patience with my excitable labrador!! Thank you for everything that you do for us xx
