Since its launch in October 2011 Petpals Hartlepool and East Durham has gone from strength to strength and already we are taking on new staff to join our team and help us in the care of the gorgeous pets we meet on a daily basis.

Karen and Billy are committed and experienced pet carers, who have owned a range of pets including goldfish, tropical fish, hamsters, rabbits, budgerigars and dogs. Currently living on the East Durham coast with their Springer Spaniel Marley their first 6 months have been incredibly busy caring for the many dogs and cats, rabbits, guinnea pigs, parrots and tropical fish whose owners have entrusted the care of their pets with them. Whether pet owners across Hartlepool and East Durham require occasional or regular dog walks, dog boarding, puppy visits, care of older pets, cat care, small pet care, pet taxi or pet-to-vet service they need look no further than Karen and Billy who strive to meet all pet needs and all pet owners’ requirements.
