Welcome to Petpals Camberley & West Woking, formerly Petpals Lightwater.

When the opportunity to purchase the business came up in May 2021, Nancy decided it was too good an opportunity to miss and bought it with the support of her family. Nancy’s background is in communications, event management and H&S and she will manage the day to day operations of Petpals with support from Grace and Sue who coordinate dog walks, home visits and small animal boarding.

Nancy has not only owned and looked after a variety of animals for more than 25 years, including cats, rats, chickens, guinea pigs and rabbits, but has trained all her dogs in obedience and agility, she also has experience of reactive dogs and administering pet first aid and a variety of different medications.

Grace and Sue have over 65 years of experience between them ranging from walking dogs of all ages and breeds, reptiles, cats, small furries and administering medication. Grace will be responsible for managing dog walking and home visits. Sue will be responsible for looking after home visits, supporting dog walks and small animal boarding.

The team are all DBS checked, fully trained and insured and provide a comprehensive range of pet care services designed to meet the flexible lifestyle needs of pet owners. Whether it’s one day a year or five days a week, Petpals Camberley & West Woking will offer a 365 day a year service including:

Nancy, Grace and Sue treat all the pets in their care as if they were their own and, to ensure the best possible care and service is provided, a detailed assessment prior to any walk or visit is arranged.

Booking any of the services can be done through a secure web-based booking and information service which gives customers the freedom to view and change their bookings, detail their pet’s routines and has an online payment facility.
