WinchesterWe have been using Petpals Romsey for over 3 years now and could not recommend Matt and Louise more! Being first time dog owners it is great knowing Wilbur is in such safe hands! Matt and Louise really care about the animals they look after and this shows through the little log book they leave every day and also the photos they send through! Wilbur is always so excited to see them and is always very tired from his walk when we arrive home from work! Matt and Louise are so reliable and we dont know what we would do without them! Thank you Matt and Louise for being brilliant!

Matt and Louise are brilliant! They’ve been walking our Springer Spaniel, Rosie, for a couple of years now and we couldn’t have been happier! Rosie goes out with them for two walks a day four times a week and has a ball! On the rare occasions that I happen to be at home when they arrive to pick her up her tail is wagging and she leaps up to greet them. She loves her walks and is wonderfully worn out after! Matt and Louise have been 100% reliable and have been very accommodating when needed. Sadly we’re moving to Dorset soon - Rosie is going to miss them so much! 😔 I would definitely recommend Matt and Louise to look after your dog - they’ve almost been part of the family. 😀

Matt and Louise have been very reliable and helpful with our rescue dog olly. They came round and have him a full assessment before signing him up and have helped so much with brining his confidence on. Olly is very excitable and Matt has been very helpful with calming him down. We feel very lucky to have found them. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable service.

Matt and Louise have been fantastic helping us look after our bouncy Cockapoo. He looks forward to seeing them every time and they have an amazing rapport with him. It’s really reassuring to have the daily reports of how he’s been and they always let us know if there are any worries. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

i cannot recommend matt and louise Enough. They have been looking after my puppy since he was 10 weeks, he started off with puppy visits and this has now gone into 3 group walks a week which he looks forward to. They have improved his confidence with other dogs and on walks. Thank you both so much!

Matt and Louise offer a brilliant service - Matt came for a visit before our holiday to find out all the quirks of our cat, and if they could do anything to help care for our home during our absence. Our usually nervous cat took to Matt straight away. I was really happy to have a couple of updates to know she was ok, then when we got back our cat was the happiest and calmest she's been in our absence - she's usually restless for a few days on our return but she was totally relaxed and happy. We will definitely be using their service again - it's a far far better alternative to a cattery and actually even better than asking friends to do it. Thank you Matt and Louise!

I was looking for a reliable dog walking company near my home after I had a leg injury and I'm so happy that I found Petpals in Romsey.Matt has been absolutely fantastic with my dog who hasn't spent a day apart from me before, so I was a bit nervous about her getting in a cage and go away with someone who I don't know.But I shouldn't have needed to worry. My dog clearly loved Matt and was always happy to get in his car and go away with him.All I can say - thank you Matt and Louise to look after my dog so well! :)

I haven't used a dog walking service before but due a leg injury I could not walk my hounds for a while. I could not recommend Matt and Louise more highly ...theybare professional, courteous and clearly adore dogs .. my hounds have never been in a cage in a van before but went happily ...a clear sign they were settled with their temporary walkers . We are so happy that we came across Matt and Louise. They were due to look after our cat over Easter and then we bought another kitten, but it was no problem at all adding her into the arrangement. Matt completed a pre-visit to meet our cat and collected information right down to the cats' finest preferences. We received updates each day whilst on holiday and from the very first day we felt completely relaxed leaving the cats at home and didn't worry one bit! It was also nice to know that someone was coming to the house each day, so we knew the property was in safe hands.We've already booked Matt and Louise again for our summer holiday, as we are confident in their personal service to our cats.Thank you so much!
