Our Staffie, as a rescue dog, was quite nervous and unsettled when she first arrived and continues to be very reactive with other dogs. Emma and Barry have been very relaxed and warm with her and this has certainly helped her to become more confident with other people. They always give us a helpful report of the walk and how she has behaved. They have also been very supportive with advice and useful tips. It is clear from our dog's reaction when Emma arrives how much she enjoys her visits.

Emma, Barrie, Neil and the team did an amazing job in looking after our Border Terrier Lucy for 8 years until we lost her in early 2020. The team are very reliable and unlike our previous dog walker, Pet Pals always took Lucy for the agreed amount of time and never left us short changed. Lucy used to get excited as soon as Pet Pals came to the door and even towards the end, when she was frail, having a walk from Barrie was the highlight of her day. Thank You Pet Pals!

cannot thank Emma enough for the great service in visiting our pussycats and looking after them whilst we were away. they were so chilled out when we got home they obviously enjoyed the attention and brushing they received. would certainly recommend petpals and would use them again

The quality of service we have received from Emma and the team at Petpals Crewe has been first class over the last two years. Our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Hugo, absolutely loves the time he spends with the walkers and other dogs and he cant wait to leave the house when the van pulls onto our drive!! Every walker we have had is personable, caring and consciences. We have used both the walking and sitting service and in both instances we have been extremely impressed with the love and care Hugo has received - we cannot recommend Petpals Crewe highly enough!

Emma and the team at Petpals Crewe have looked after my mini schnauzer Lampard for nearly 7 years. He absolutely adores his walkers and they have NEVER missed a day in 7 years when booked. Also I am more than happy to leave Lampard with Emma and The team when we go in holiday. He is always looked after like one of the family!

Emma and her team have looked after our dog Monty for the last 18 months and we are now moving out of the area. I just wanted to say how wonderful the service has been. The team have been 100% reliable and very helpful. Monty's reactions when his handler arrived to take him for his walks was shear joy and excitement. Emma has been great with Enzo, Emma and her team have looked after him since he was just a puppy. Enzo was walked once a day and when we both had to go away on business Emma was able to look after Enzo overnight saving him from having to be out in kennels and keeping him with his current surroundings.We have moved away now and it was very emotional for us as Enzo has been so well looked after with Petpals.
