After meeting in 2013 in Buckinghamshire and realising they shared the same passion for animals, Emma and Nigel relocated to Yorkshire to start a new adventure together and take over ownership of Petpals (York).
Both Nigel and Emma had previously worked closely with Petpals (Chilterns) for over 3 years and Emma has a qualification in animal welfare management. Looking after animals is second nature to the couple, who together have two dogs, Wynnie the Staffie and Bella a 3-legged German Shepherd rescue dog. They also gained a lot of experience looking after another pet who “owned them”, Jake the Belgian Shepherd. Jake was disabled and they dedicated themselves to taking good care of him and giving him the life he deserved.
They continue to offer top quality service to new and existing customers alike.
