About Petpals Saffron Walden
Neil Sargent took over the established Saffron Walden operation in December 2004 having previously worked as a graphic designer. He operates the business from Saffron Walden and covers all the areas listed above. Neil was brought up around animals from guinea pigs and rabbits to cats, dogs and horses and had always wanted to work with animals. He finally realised his dream when his friends Richard and Pauline Herd retired after successfully establishing the business in 2000.
Having successfully and steadily grown the business, Neil is now aided by a small team of animal loving pet carer’s. Like Neil they are all trained, insured, DBS checked and have become valuable members of the Saffron Walden team – making sure there is always cover all year round.
