Clare started her Petpals professional pet and home care services operation in 2002. Operating from Fleet in North Hampshire, Petpals Fleet has a large local customer base, growth having been assisted by an excellent team of dedicated pet carers: Jackie, Carol, Julia, Maia, Maureen, Karen, Gail, Jamie and Nancy. They are proud to offer pet owners a quality of care for their pets that is second to none. Having such a great team means they offer continuity of service and you can be confident your pet is being looked after by people with a love for animals and in whom you can trust.
Clare lives with her family which includes their extremely laid-back and loveable golden retriever Millie. Sadly Lucy their 20 year old terrier-cross passed away at the end of 2012. Previous family pets include cats Orbit and Esther, border terriers Haggis and Neeps, guinea pigs, hamsters and budgies. The most unusual pet to be boarded was a 4 week old gosling on a holiday break (pre dog-boarding era)! In addition the 10 + years with Petpals have helped the team accumulate a wealth of experience with almost all types of domestic pets: rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, rats, mice, ferrets, budgies, fish, lizards, iguanas, chickens and pigeons etc.
At Petpals we are fully trained and insured. Our goal is to deliver high quality and professional pet services by providing reliable and flexible solutions for all your pet care needs. Our range of services include dog visits, dog walking, dog boarding, cat sitting and pet sitting (home visits) with the aim of providing your pets with the same love and affection they receive from you. Therefore we offer a particularly popular alternative to catteries and kennels, for day trips or long breaks. We are happy to administer medication including insulin if necessary.
Petpals Fleet operates its dog boarding service in family homes which have been checked and licenced by Hart District Council, with a 5-star rating. The boarders provide loving, comfortable and secure family homes with plenty of exercise in local woodland, ensuring your dog has a happy and healthy holiday. A visit to the boarder’s home prior to booking is a requirement with us to ensure all parties are happy. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment, especially in school holidays.
