I feel very happy and at ease leaving Murphy in his surroundings and being looked after by Jayne & Jim. Coming home to Murphy and him being happy is what matters and you both do an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Petpals to my family and friends. Thank you, as always.

Our lab Oscar was miserable in kennels so we asked Jayne to help. She found us wonderful sitters in Selen and Anthony. Oscar had a great time with them and we were able to enjoy our holiday knowing he was well cared for. Would not hesitate to recommend Petpals.

We have used Petpals Wirral West a number of times now to care for our dog and cat. Jayne & Jim have been so helpful in organising for our dog to board with a lovely lady in her home while we are away. This has made our holidays so relaxing as we know that he is as comfortable and contented as he would be at home. Petpals also come into our home to care for our elderly cat and I get regular updates via text messages letting me know that he is well and happy. The care and attention to detail that Petpals has given us is great, I just wish that I had found them earlier. I would definitely recommend their service to everyone. Thanks Petpals!

Jayne and Jim run a great service. They are very flexible and able to walk our Whippet at very short notice if needed. Both our Whippet and Bengal cross are fond of Jayne and are very pleased to see her and Jim. We get a note left after every dog walk which is lovely to hear how our Whippet got on on his adventures with Jayne. When our Bengal cross is being cared for by Jayne and Jim, while we are on holiday, we get a text or email to let us know how she is. The message is very reassuring when we are away and funny to read what she is getting up to.

We contacted Petpals when we needed to find someone to look after Poppy, our 4 year old Shih Tzu, at short notice. Jayne was extremely quick to respond, and we were reassured that she would be able to find us someone in a very short timeframe. After a couple of days, we were told that Jayne had found us a lady who lived only a short distance away from us, and who would be able to look after Poppy while we went on holiday. A few days later we went to visit Joan. She was such a lovely lady, her house was warm and comfortable, and we instantly knew that she would be the ideal person to care for Poppy while we were away. We went away feeling totally reassured that Poppy would be happy with Joan, and we were so right. She had a wonderful time, and she was totally spoiled. Joan gave her several walks every day, and even took photos of Poppy when they were out on their adventures. Poppy came home full of beans, and we were so happy to see that she had enjoyed her holiday with Auntie Joan too. We will not hesitate to use Petpals (and Joan) again. Thank you so much.
