Dog Walking
Petpals York provides a friendly, professional service ensuring that your dog receives stimulating exercise in local locations.
Being experienced dog handlers with first aid training, we offer closely supervised, safe and sociable pack walks with a maximum of 4 dogs per walker. All dogs are closely vetted to ensure their suitability before being gently introduced to the group walks. Your dog can be walked on or off lead as per your requirements. The walks are for 45/50 minutes actual walking time, weather permitting.
The group walks not only provide your dog with fun and play, but also ensures that they are fulfilled with necessary socialisation and interaction with other dogs.
Upon returning to your home and once mucky paws are satisfactorily cleaned, we ensure they have fresh water, a bit of fuss and maybe a biscuit (if allowed). They are then left calm, happy and content to have a snooze before their humans return home from work.
Our service is designed to be flexible around yours and your dog’s requirements. So, whether you need us 1 day a week or 5, or even on an ad hoc basis, we will be happy to help.
If you feel the group walks are not suitable for your dog, we can offer 1-2-1 walks of 25/30 minutes (subject to availability).
For anyone who has 2 or more dogs we offer a reduced price for the second dog from the same household.
