Monique was wonderful at looking after my cat and rabbit when I went on holiday. My flight got cancelled meaning we arrived back a day later than we were supposed to and she did a last minute visit for us which we were so grateful for. We will definitely use PetPals next time we go away!

Monique from Petpals recently looked after our two cats and 3 chickens while we were away. She was extremely helpful and friendly and and took the time to find out everything she could about each individual pet. Each visit was documented for us to read on our return which was really nice to come home to. Prices were also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Monique and the Petpals service and entrust my little ones to her care again.

Fantastic professional service. Monique was so kind and helpful, even when I had to change my plans last minute due to covid. My two cats were very calm when I got home and so I know she took exceptional care of them.I really wish I could rate more than five stars. Pricing is very reasonable as well. I would recommend Petpals for anyone looking for a pet sitting service! I will definitely be using them next time I go away.

Monique looked after our small dog for a few nights at her home with lots of walks included. It was clear to see that our dog was very happy with Monique and arrived home contented and exhausted! I would recommend PetPals Southampton.

Monique at Petpals Southampton is absolutely brilliant and has been walking our cheeky Cockapoo, Alfie, for around 18 months now.Going out for walks with Monique and the gang is Alfie’s favourite thing ever. He waits for them to arrive and, after a crazy greeting for Monique, is trying to jump in the van before the door’s even open!It’s been hugely helpful that Monique has been so flexible with the walks and will always try to accommodate any changes we need, which is much appreciatedWe have also had Alfie board on the odd occasion and, again,he has the best time and I know we’re leaving him in safe hands.Would highly recommend!

Monique looked after our menagerie of cat, gecko and 2 rats. Monique kept us informed of how they were while we were away and it was lovely to come back to a report of her visits.

I use Monique for walking and boarding my four year old Dalmatian, Luka. It’s great to have found someone that I can rely on and trust with my fur baby. I’ve seen how he reacts when Monique comes to collect him for walks, and how knackered he comes back, he has an absolute ball and the photos Monique provides shows as much! When he’s boarding with Monique, I love that he’s treated like one of the family with lovely walks and evening cuddles. 100% recommend to anyone and thank you for looking after my boy.

Monique and her team have taken over from Victoria very smoothly. Millie adores Monique and Nicky and I am very happy to leave her in their care. The service is, as always, exceptional.

My chocolate cockerpoo Otto has just had two fun filled weeks staying with Monique and Rudi while we were away. Monique kept me up to date with his daily walks with great pics of him out and about having fun with the other dogs she walks. She certainly cared for him very well and he was treated just like one of the family in her home. I would certainly recommend her for boarding or walking.

We have been using Victoria at petals for years.We have always been pleased with the service.my past cat Matty and my present cat Henry were and still are looked after very well.Would highly recomend.
