We have an eight month old kitten who we have been really nervous about leaving alone to go on holiday. We really didn’t need to worry at all with the exceptional service Simone provided. Our kitten absolutely loved her, he is often very timid but warmed to Simone instantly which is very out of character for him. Simone kept us up to date with regular messages and images (where our kitten looked like he was having way more fun without us!!). This really helped us to enjoy our holiday and not worry about the little guy. We couldn’t recommend Simone enough and will definitely be using North Leeds Pet Pals whenever we go away!!

We used this service for twice a day feeding and care of our elderly cat and received regular updates, comments and photos. It was great to go away knowing that Alfie was so well looked after and helped us relax knowing he was in such good hands with Simone, whose genuine love of animals is obvious. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

We have used Lisa for 5 years+ to look after our beloved dog Barney, she was recommended by a friend and it's the best advice we've received. We can leave Barney with Lisa for our holidays and know he is in safe & caring hands, she treats him and other visitors to her home as if they are part of her family. She also takes him for a walk 2-3 times a week as part of her dog walking service when we are not on holiday and I'm afraid to say it's the highlight of his day! He has such fun with the various walk routes and playing with his friends. We trust her implicitly with what is our prized possession and would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa to anybody who wants quality care for their pets.

Lisa has been walking and home boarding my two dogs for a few years now whenever I go away. She is totally trustworthy, collects the dogs from my home, looks after them fantastically... Like members of her.own family. Then she drops them back off at home when I'm due back. They are so well.looked after that I can have peace of mind knowing their welfare and comfort are not compromised while I'm away. I would say my only complaint is that because Lisa is so good and in such demand that occasionally she is already booked up when I need her!!!

Lisa has looked after our border terrier, Scout, in her own home, for many years, whenever we go away on holiday. Sometimes it's just 1 or 2 nights but mostly longer . Lisa has always been very flexible and helpful, fitting scout in, sometimes at short notice. The most important thing for us is that Scout is happy with Lisa. She always runs in and makes herself at home and seems very pleased to be there. Lisa listens to concerns and has made adjustments to suit Scout as she has become older. We feel confident that Scout is well cared for and would definitely recommend Lisa.

Lisa has walked our two dogs regularly for the last two years and they also stay with her when we are on holiday. Lisa has been extremely reliable and I have complete confidence that our dogs are happy and well looked after when they are in her care.

Lisa was recommended to me by a friend who had used her services for her cats as I was unhappy with the whole cattery situation. Lisa has been brilliant as I have returned to two extremely happy cats, my daughters loved the daily notes/updates, she very kindly noticed my cat flap batteries weren't working and replaced them for me....love the FB photos...Wow I cannot recommend her services enough. I used to send my cats to a cattery when I was away. Never, EVER, again. I used to worry about them while I was away and then had to deal with miserable, out of sorts cats for a few weeks when I got back. Lisa has looked after them for the last two years and now I come home to unstressed, happy cats that have been well looked after in their own environment. I also don't have the stress about dropping them off and picking them up in a mad dash to or from the airport! I can implicitly trust Lisa and have no hesitation in recommending her services.

This was the first time we had left our cat without our next door neighbour to look after her so we were worried how she would be. We shouldn't have worried - Lisa looked after our cat so well plus the feedback notes on every day were very useful to see how she was behaving. We will certainly be using Petpals again.
