Sally has been caring for our two retreviers for 3 years. She is genuinely fond of Sam and Amber and they always receive the best care from Sally. Noteably Sally helped us out when our return from holiday was delayed. Much to our relief.The dogs are always settled after time with Sally, a good sign. It has been wonderful having my puppy looked after in the day, when I work. Flo, and Maisie were so precious. It's worth every penny, knowing that they are cared for. They were wonderful when Maisie had to be taken for her last visit to the vet. So unobtrusive, quietly helpful. Every home with a pet should have a pal!

I cannot speak highly enough about the Petpals service. Thoroughly professional, but friendly and caring, Sally and her team have become part of the family. Holly loves going in for daycare or boarding, and is paired with other dogs she gets on with well for walks. I never have a moment's worry when my little girl is being looked after by Sally. On a personal note, Sally's kindness and compassion when my Jennie died was well above and beyond the call of duty, supporting me both practically and emotionally. We have known Sally for some six years. During that time we have left our two westies with her for various periods of time. We have always been delighted wjth the way in which she cares for them. We never have any worries about leaving our girls, and they are always happy to go on 'holiday' with Sally.

My wife and i went away for a weekend we left are cats in the hands of Sally. From the first day we met Sally she proved to be professional careing and a credit to the the job. She took care of our babies ie cats nothing was a problem she txt us everyday keeping us informed about our pets we could tell when we came home that our pets had been loved and cared for . We used Petpals for over two years to care for our two Jack Russells - Jack and Jj. They had daily visits and stayed with Sally when we went away and they couldn't have been in better hands. I never realized that this service was available until it was recommended to me. I never wanted to put my two pups into kennels where I would always be unsure of their welfare. Harley and Bruce love seeing Sally and going for walks with her. They never give me a second glance when she has them. I have been using Petpals since it started in our area, about 9 years ago. They have alway been professional and treated my chinchilla brilliantly, despite him being pretty cheeky character at times! The team who now run the Hinckley office have been especially accomodating, especially in light of my pets health being abit unpredicable in the past few years. I have complete confidence when I go away, knowing that Sally and the team will look after my pet to the same high degree as I would myself; and spot any changes to his health if he is not well - which is exactly what I require and which puts my mind at ease when I am away. A couple of times I have been on holiday and my pet has been poorly, and Sally has handled the situation brilliantly in my abscence. I recommend Petpals to anyone I know who needs peace of mind whilst they are away.

I have just had my little dog Kiki home-boarded with Sally at Hinckley Pet Pals. May I say I could not be more delighted with the extremely high level of care and devlotion given to Kiki. She came back to me a very happy and content dog, and developed a close bond with Sally who really does have a magical way with animals.
