Pet pals Darlington have been walking our pooch Sully over the last 6 months or so. Pet pals have been so reliable, accommodating and patient with our energetic Labrador pup. Receiving pictures of a very happy Sully whilst at work makes my day! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and giving our pooch a very fun weekly walk with his friends.

My family use Petpals to look after our dog, Peggy and we have had wonderful experiences with two different boarders. Petpals have always been very thorough and diligent in making sure Peggy was safe, healthy, and happy. Our boarders have both been lovely and have sent us wonderful pictures of Peggy on walks and adventures with them, which are delightful to see and give us peace of mind that she is having fun. Overall we are very happy with the service we receive with Petpals and highly recommend their service.

It’s very rare that we are unable to take our 8 year old Shih Tzu/Patterdale terrier, Oscar, with us but when such an occasion arises, we always call on Petpals to care for him. Oscar loves his home comforts and he certainly gets them with Petpals together with plenty of long walks in the countryside which he enjoys tremendously. The service we have enjoyed from Petpals is simply brilliant and it’s reassuring to know that when he’s away, Oscar will be cared for and loved just as much as he is at home. Thank you for all that you do.

My 2 dogs have just been to board with Sandra again while we had a short holiday. They just love going to stay with Sandra, I have every confidence that they will be happy, well exercised and totally spoilt during their stays with Sandra. I also relax and have piece of mind as I get regular updates and photos during their stay. I always use Petpals as they provide a great service, nothing is too much trouble, drop offs and picks ups are hassle free and relaxed and the service from start to finish is professional ( but friendly). I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs. I already have 2 future holidays booked with them.

We have used Petpals in Darlington for well over 10 years for both of our dogs Pepper then Dotty and have had fabulous care, service and support throughout this time. We have used their dog walking, home visiting and home boarding service and all the staff are very professional, caring and obviously love looking after our dogs as they return home very relaxed and happy. Their customer service is second to none, and I love the service updates we get when we are away which shows that my dog is happy and helps me to relax too.

I have been using PetPals for almost 10 years, firstly for cat visits for our beloved Spooky, who we sadly had to say goodbye to in May 2020. Jayne was marvellous with Spooky and it meant he could stay in the comfort of his own home with regular contact, care and cuddles from Jayne. We got a Cavapoo puppy, Benji, in early 2021, so when we ventured on holiday Petpals was the obvious choice. The initial assessment with Sandra was fab, it answered all our questions and concerns and of course Benji behaved impeccably :). The initial meet with home boarder Gayle was also fabulous, she and Benji got on so very well - playing, having cuddles. I felt totally happy and confident that Benj was going to be completely cared for and loved. We’ve boarded Benji with Gayle a number of times now, I always get daily updates and pics and can easily see that Benji is having the time of his life.Petpals and Gayle has made our lives so much better knowing our Benji is being loved and cared for when we can’t be there.I would not hesitate to recommend Petpals for any of their services, they offer complete peace of mind

When my domestic circumstances changed I was worried that Edwin, my 3 year old border terrier would be on his own for too long and be missing his pal who had been part of his life since he was a pup. Then I remembered Petpals who had done puppy visits when he was little. I was able to make the arrangements within a few minutes and he has been walked by them almost everyday since. He is getting more and more used to other dogs and more socialised. He looks forward to seeing his pet pals every day (canine and human). It was a great decision for us both and it is so easy to arrange with the website.Oh and I look forward to his school report every afternoon.

Amazing service provided by Petpals Darlington. Our two dogs love going for walks each day with the team, always get supplied with photos to show then having the best time. Mind put at ease that our dogs are well looked after when at work. Thank you too all the team!
