Princess Pistache has been going to Petpals for nearly 10 years now. I also have some small animals that are very well looked after by the team while we are away. Every team member is amazing and that spans across EVERY team. Pistache loves her home from home holidays and the walking team are so flexible and all clearly love their jobs. I am very lucky to have found them and would recommend to anyone.

I moved recently to Darlington. I found this franchise on the internet and honestly I was a bit nervous about leaving my house and my fur ball with someone whom I didn't know, this franchise is very professional, nice and friendly, I'm receiving regular emails with pictures of my cat. My cat is very happy with the sitter and honestly I think she likes the sitter more than me.😅😅😅 I would highly recommend this franchise for the sake of your pet and for your peace of mind.

Our two border terriers have just had the best stay with Carole who looked after them so well, they really were part of her family during their stay. Carole kindly provided daily updates, videos & photographs which was really appreciated as it’s always a worry when we leave our girls behind for a holiday. Carole’s thoughtful updates helped settle our minds & the girls looked like they were having a great time in a safe & loving environment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PetPals & a huge thank you to Carole 😄

My wife and I were overall very happy with how our cats were taken care of and how you provided daily updates with pictures!What made everything especially worth it for us is that we could keep our cats in our home carefree rather than giving them to a home which they're foreign to and may not feel comfortable in.Everything was kept very simple through your portal as well!

The cat sitting team have been amazing. They looked after Tia when she took seriously ill while we were away and when we’re back they were so kind asking for updates on her. I didn’t hesitate to contact them when we got Smudge and were going away. They do a fantastic job and the updates always help to put my mind at ease

I have used pet Pals for a number of years for visiting my cats when I am away, and have always been more than happy with the service. I always know my pets are safe and enjoy getting photos and notes about them. My thanks to Michelle for taking care of them over the last 2 weeks.

I just wanted to say that the service we received for our Guinea pig was outstanding. The service reports and pictures were great and we felt really reassured that the Guinea pig was really well looked after. The lady who looked after her (Patricia I believe ?) was absolutely lovely. I couldn’t praise her enough. She was chatty and helpful.
