We met Ray shortly after he started his business and knew straight away he was the perfect person to look after our elderly cats whilst we were away. He was so kind and gentle and it was clear my cats were very comfortable with him. We had used catteries before but compared to these when we arrived back home, my cats were always happy and content. We sadly lost one cat to cancer a couple of months back and tragically on Christmas day whilst we were away the other one had a seizure and had to be put down. Ray was fantastic. With no regard to his own Christmas day he visited my cat twice within a short time to assess him, called us whilst we were overseas and liaised with us whilst he drove our beautiful cat to the emergency vet a distance away even paying the fees on our behalf.Having visited today to return our keys he is even going to bring my cat back to our own vet to be cremated. This has to be above and beyond... as heartbroken as I am to lose our cat and not be there for him there is no one else I would rather have been there in my place. Thank you for your kindness Ray, as I have said before you are a Star x

Thank you so much to Ray and his wife for looking after our two cockapoo’s Ruby and Beau whilst we went away on holiday. Ray was incredibly professional throughout. Beau took a couple of days to settle with Ray even sleeping downstairs on the sofa with him to make him more comfortable. Ray must have done some sort of training with Ruby as she has come back a different dog on walks. We took her off the lead yesterday and she listened so well and didn’t run off!Thank you so much for looking after our fur babies. We were able to relax on holiday, safe in the knowledge that our dogs were getting the best care, love and attention!We look forward to using you again in the furure when we go away again!!!!

Ray and his team took excellent care of our 5 guinea pigs during a very hot week! We felt assured and confident that they were in safe hands.

Ray met Rocky and Rossco at their home and it was very clear he has an affinity with animals - they gave him lots of kisses which reassured me they would be well looked after. We live locally and when out and about on walks often bump into Ray and Sandra - Rocky and Rossco are clearly pleased to see them; tails wagging and lots of excitement. Three holiday dates already booked for next year. Excellent service - highly recommended. Thank you Ray and Sandra.

We have used Ray a few of times for when we have been on holiday or for the odd day of babysitting/walking and our dog absolutely loves him! We are so pleased that we have found someone we can rely on and would wouldn't look anywhere else.

Couldn't fault it,Ray came round to meet Zola (the cat) before we went away and found out everything he needed to know before we went .We went on holiday fully confident that Zola was in safe hands.Would definitely use Pet pals Chislehurst again.

Brilliant service walked our dog everyday for a week, the dog was worn out settled back into our home left a drink & we were left a timetable of her activities.Ray is a very nice guy kind caring & professional

I cannot praise enough Ray and his team for the care and affection they give to my lovely Golden Retriever Barney. I don’t trust many people to walk him as I worry to much but Ray is fantastic with him. I call Ray on short notice and he always accommodate us. We are very happy with the service they provide and I would highly recommend them
