In our opinion this is a much happier option for your dog if you are going way. Here at Chelmsford East & Danbury your dog stays in the home of one of our home boarders in a home environment.
This is the perfect alternative to leaving your dog at a kennel and your dog will have company throughout the day and be walked and cared for in the same way as he is at home.
We welcome you to meet the home boarder in advance with your dog to ensure you are both happy with the holiday home. We also arrange a trial night to give you extra reassurance that your dog will be happy. Our home boarders normally have other dogs staying with them so if your dog is sociable he will love the company. Alternatively, if your dog would prefer to be alone we have a limited number of boarders who can take him on his own.
We will ask you to complete a questionnaire which covers all aspects of your dog’s care. This will be held by us but a copy will also be provided to the home boarder.
At Chelmsford East & Danbury all our home boarders are vetted by us and all of them are complete dog lovers. If you would like to be texted while you are away to let you know that all is well, your home boarder will be happy to oblige.
