I know I can rely on Maxine and Anna to feed our antisocial cat, Ruby, when we are away. It’s great to read the log when we come home as it lets us know if Ruby has actually moved off the bed! I would not hesitate to recommend petpals Cardiff North.

Maxine and her colleagues (especially Dave and Della) have provided care and love for our darling dog Scruffy since 2011 (now sadly departed June 2020). Scruffy loved his walks with the ‘pack’ 4 days each week, and his chums in Petpals was his second family. I cannot thank Maxine and Petpals enough for all the walks, care, and love they gave to Scruffy and would recommend them to anyone looking for a 5-star service for their pet.

We’ve been using Petpals for over 3 years now! And we couldn’t ask for more! Dave walks Reggie twice a week for us and it’s Reggie’s favourite time of the week! He gets so excited when Dave comes to collect him. Dave and Maxine are fantastic! We have never had any issues, they are always flexible and we totally trust them with Reggie! Maxine has been looking after our two Birman cats Oscar & Sophie for about a year now we when go away. She has got to know their idiosyncrasies and always gives Sophie a good cuddle which she loves.
