We decided to use Petpals instead of putting our cat into a cattery for our last trip away and we are so happy we did! Tony sent daily updates & pictures and when we returned, we knew Miguel had been very well looked after. 100% recommend Petpals, thank you Angie & Tony, you are amazing!

We have used petpals before because they looked after our old cat Louis many times when we went away on holidays.So when we booked a short break away this month . It was definitely Angie from petpals we wanted to look after our new cat Sansa while we were away !!!!Needles to say ? Sansa got.such good care and attention. Angie and Tony have been looking after our cat for a few years now when we are away. They have been super reliable and send photos and messages every visit. Max is clearly very happy with them. Brilliant service!

We have recently come back from our yearly holiday. And once again Angie had looked after our cat Louis. He is 15 now and not an easy cat to look after. As he is deibetic and has Hyperthyroidism, he is on insulin twice a day and other medication.Angie has looked after him for the last few years, and goes over and above with what she does. We are kept up to date on how he is, and photo reports so we can see as well.Its lovely to go away having the peace of mind that Louis is looked after so well .So thank you once again Angie and petpals

We have started using Petpals’ services in the last 6 weeks and I think we have discovered an absolute gem of a service for those odd nights away, or potentially longer. Tony obviously cares for all the animals he manages for people and our cats have been so happy and settled when we return from being away. We receive photos and updates which reassures us that they are in very caring hands. The pictures also show how comfortable the cats clearly are during the visit and obviously the utmost care is taken to ensure their wellbeing. Top class 10/10 service, we are so glad we have discovered you! :-)

Thank you Tony for caring so well for our cat Monty. We could tell from your daily photos that he was receiving lots of care and attention and that you have a lovely rapport with cats. Also, we are grateful for the way you quickly advised us of an issue with the house security and offered to make another visit in the evening.We have been very happy with the service that Petpals provides and would definitely recommend you.

We have been using Petpals for a few years now but since Angie & Tony took over the Bournemouth & Poole area the service has gone from great to AMAZING!! Not only are they incredibly friendly and obliging but you feel like they genuinely love your pet! We have just returned from a few days away to be welcomed home by our happy & relaxed cat, we could see that he had been well looked after in our absence. We received photos twice a day along with reports on what Stanley had been up to which was SO reassuring especially for my 10yr old daughter who adores our cat and worries about him when we go away. To top it all Stanley even had a Xmas goodie bag to open which was a lovely touch! We would not hesitate to recommend Petpals to anyone, the level of service and attention to detail is exceptional. We needed somebody on a very short notice to look after our pet rabbit for a week. Tony came visit us straight away and everything was rapidly sorted out. Our bunny was very well looked after all the time we were away and we will definitely ask petpals again next time we need a pet sitting. Thank you Tony.
