Words cannot express enough how we have valued Fiona, Dave and the rest of the team over the last nine years.They have treated Baxter like he was one of their own and provided support and encouragement when our boy was going through his”challenging” phase!Sadly, we lost our beautiful boy in January, but from his cancer diagnosis last year, they haven’t just been our precious pet’s pal, they have been our pal too.We cannot thank them enough for the support and help that they have given us and for the unconditional love that they have shown Baxter through his life.We cannot recommend this lovely little team enough. Fiona and Dave and the team have been great walking our dogs when we were at work and now we are retired we still ask them to walk him once a week because we feel it does him good especially when he was a youngster. We really rate them and maybe more importantly our dogs have always loved them too. Our appreciation and confidence in them has always been the same 2009 and counting!

Fiona and David have been walking my mother in laws dog for years and have looked after Skye when she was away on holiday. She’s is always treated as one of the family.Recently mum has had to go into a home permanently and whilst we have been temporarily looking after Skye, Fiona has been very supportive and helpful by having Skye when we were away, and offering advice at a very stressful time for the dog.Most recently Fiona has helped us find an adoptive family for Skye. Her help and advice was fantastic we really didn’t know how or where to start. But her knowledge of Skye and her needs means we have found the perfect family and her forever home.Can’t recommend Petpals and their professionalism highly enough.

I have used Dave and Fiona's team for years. I would not want anyone else taking care of my cats and rabbits while I am away. They take such professional care of everyone and when I get home everyone is settled and content. Over the years they have coped with emergencies wonderfully and I have 100% faith in the care they take of my pets. I recommend their service to all my friends as I don't think anyone could do their job better.

We can't recommend Fiona, Dave and the team highly enough. They have been walking and home caring our GSD for 4 years now and she has gained so much from her adventures and experiences with them. They are her 'home from home' when we can't take her on holiday. We wouldn't have her stay anywhere else.

I’m not quite sure exactly where to start, however Fiona & the rest of the team at Amber Valley Petpals have been absolutely amazing, accommodating, patient and extremely helpful - the list goes on! My 7 month old puppy has been apart of their little tribe for the last 8 weeks and I cannot recommend or praise them enough for everything they do for myself and my pup. I had a bad experience with another local dog walker, who made my pup poorly, however Fiona & team came to the rescue and just shy of 8 weeks later - my Pup is coming on leaps and bounds. Fiona & Team, you are by far the best in the business and I count my lucky stars that I am lucky enough for you to walk & look after my little boy for me.

We have used Petpals amber valley for a lot of years both with our previous dog and now our current dog, Nala. Over all of those years there has never been a single issue. Nala clearly enjoys her walks and socialising with other dogs as seen on the daily photos they share with us. They have also been very accommodating in terms of adding extra days/moving days and even picking our dog up from a different t location for her walks during the last few months when we have needed it due to a medical emergency in our family. Nala’s walking and recall has definitely improved since she has been out with Petpals. Great service. Could not recommend enough!

I couldn’t recommend Petpals & the service enough,My pug Charles goes out for a walk once a week & does regular day care and he loves going. Such a friendly team of people, who I feel completely safe leaving him with. I’d be lost without the help. Thank you all xxxx

Fiona, Dave and co at Petpals have been an absolute godsend - my fussy little griffon with separation anxiety only ever goes to them when I need him looking after - he’s been going for 10 years now and right from the start, absolutely adored them. He is safe, really well looked after and they go above and beyond to help. Cannot recommend highly enough, wonderful service.

We’ve only been using Pet Pals Amber Valley for a few weeks, but already our doggie Doug loves them. I recently got a new job, which meant a change to my work schedule. Having Pet Pals has been a life saver, and to know that Doug is having a great time is fantastic. We know he is looked after, enjoys going out and is safe when doing so. We have a camera in our kitchen and we see how excited Doug gets when Pet Pals car comes on the drive. Meeting Fiona originally, and now meeting Jay, they obviously care so much about dogs and their welfare. Thank you so much for everything you do Pet Pals.
