According to the National Office of Animal Health, daily exercise is essential to keep dogs healthy, as well as mentally and physically stimulated. Exercise not only improves your dog’s wellbeing, but also helps build muscle tone and prevents depression, obesity, joint problems, heart conditions and behavioural issues.
Petpals can walk your dog on a regular or ad hoc basis. Our flexible service enables our dog walkers to exercise your dog at a time to suit you if you work unusual hours or we can simply let them out for a romp in the garden and give them a meal with Petpals’ Pet Sitting Service.
Often we walk dogs in carefully chosen groups of up to four. Socialisation is enhanced and the dogs enjoy plenty of exercise and interaction by running around together in a safe environment. However, if required, we can offer solo walks for timid or difficult to control dogs.
