Hello fellow pet owners and animal lovers, my name is Natalie, welcome to Petpals (Thanet) which I am very pleased to be able to bring to your area.

I live with my husband Martin, our two cats Ruby and Neo who are brother and sister who are 4 and my latest addition are my two dwarf rabbits Izzi and Misty who are 5 months old now. I very sadly lost my beloved cat Poppy last September who was about 18 years old and who had been my close companion through the past 15 years or so. Martin and I are hoping that my new venture with Petpals will enable us to get the Boxer dog that we have been longing for, hopefully this summer, so watch this space!!!

I have lived with cats all my life and have experience of looking after friends and family's dogs, rats, other cats and fish.

I decided to make this very exciting life change recently since moving to Birchington two years ago. My story is virtually identical to that of my Petpals colleagues. After many years of working in an office environment and long hours travelling into London from Birchington I felt I needed to get out of the rat race and I looked to find what I could do locally which incorporated my love of animals. I found the answer when I discovered Petpals and embark on my new venture in March 2011.

I believe that animals are precious and I can guarantee that your pet will be looked after by me with the same care and affection that I give to my own pets. If you find a service you require that you cannot see listed, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my utmost to accommodate your needs.

Dog Walking

Making use of the many areas found locally, our dog walking aims to give your dog a stimulating and enjoyable walk in a safe environment. These can be individual visits for your dog(s) and or multi walks, with up to four dogs at a time transported in our purpose fitted vehicles.
Puppy and Elderly Dog Visits

Our puppy and elderly pet care service offers you units of time during the day to visit your dog(s) at home. During the visit we walk your dog or puppy, play, and if required help with ongoing training, toileting breaks, etc., along with, of course, lots of TLC.
Cat Sitting and Cat Visits

Petpals have proven to be very popular with clients that want to leave their cats at home in there own environment, with familiar comforts and smells, particularly with elderly cats and cats that need medication. Our cat sitting service allows clients to go away safe in the knowledge that Petpals are visiting their cats to feed, clean litter trays if required, play, along with lots of TLC.
Dog and Pet Sitting

Our home based dog sitting service is a real alternative to dog boarding kennels. Your pets can remain in their own familiar surroundings, with their own routines and food while you are away.
Small Pets and Exotics

Petpals also have varied experience in caring for small pets and exotics and are happy to provide home visits for these types of pets too.
Pet Taxi

Petpals are equipped with pet friendly vehicles fitted with specially designed safety cages of various sizes with a vet bed on top of removable rubber matting for hygiene. We can transport everything from small pets and cats to giant dog breeds. We can also help with trips to the vets.
