Welcome to Petpals Romsey. Having launched in 2015, we have now offered a premier pet care service for over 5 years. We offer regular or occasional dog walking, puppy visits and elderly dog visits, as well as cat and small pet visits.
We pride ourselves on offering a premier service because we truly understand that when caring for your pet, we have the responsibility to look after two of your most precious things – your home and your best friend.
We believe it is very important that you feel the comfort and peace of mind that comes with using a national company, recognised as the UK’s leading provider of home from home and in your home pet care services. Not only are we insured and criminal record checked, but we also wear branded uniform, carry ID badges and are trained in pet first aid.
All pets in our care are treated as if they were our own, as we passionately believe in caring for your pet as ‘one of the family’. To ensure we provide the best possible care and service we always complete a free detailed care assessment prior to any walk or visit. We also provide you with a contract with terms and condition for reassurance.
