We offer a home doggy boarding service where your dog can stay overnight at our home or with one of our approved host families. As a responsible business owner Petpals Norwich is licenced as a Home Boarding organisation with Norwich City Council, and we were proud to be awarded the maximum 5 star rating acknowledging the quality and professionalism of the service we provide. Our Licence is displayed at the bottom of this section.

When your dog stays with us they are treated as one of the family with all the usual sights, sounds and smells of family life, but best of all they will be given all the love, cuddles and attention they deserve.

Doggy Day Care

Norwich dog day care service is your pet’s home from home pet care solution.

Unlike some other organisations where you have no direct contact or choice where your pet will be staying, we encourage you to visit our approved host familes when considering the service so that you can see first hand where your dog will stay and be cared for. All dog care services are fully vetted and insured, your dog will also be treated as one of the family with all the love and affection you would expect. Our dog care service allows your pets routine to be catered for along with individual requirements such as dispensing of any medications.

Our approved dog care services are all experienced and trained to provide the best possible care and attention that your pet is used to in their own home. You will be more relaxed and enjoy your time away from home, safe in the knowledge that your dog is being cared for.

Dog Walking/Puppy Visits

We offer two options for our dog walks & puppy visits, depending on your dog’s needs. 30 minutes is usually sufficient for puppy outings and the more mature, & 60 minutes seems to satisfy the most energetic and enthusiastic dogs.  Norwich is blessed with numerous parks & woodland, and we offer as much variety as we can.  We will make every effort to match socialised dogs with a playmate, and for those who have to stay on a lead, or prefer something a little more sedate, there are plenty of bridal paths at our disposal.  We can guarantee that your dog will have a great time, wherever he goes and whatever the weather!

Cat Visits

Petpals has proven to be very popular with clients who would rather leave their cats at home, surrounded by all that is familiar to them.   Cats thrive in their own environment and are generally much happier with their own creature comforts.  We clean food bowls & litter trays during every visit, and ensure there is plenty of time to play with & cuddle any cat that enjoys the attention!  We are also happy to care for any cat needing medication, including those requiring regular insulin jabs to control Diabetes.
