If you are looking for an answer to all your pet care needs in the Norwich area, then look no further than Petpals (Norwich) pet sitting services.  Mark Gillard & Lucy Wayne offer a professional, flexible & friendly service geared towards your pet’s individual requirements.  For anything from regular or occasional dog walking & puppy visits to cat sitting & care of smaller pets, Petpals (Norwich) have most bases covered.  Mark & Lucy have a wealth of experience from a lifetime spent with animals, amongst them are cats, dogs, rabbits, a donkey, a tortoise, ducks & chickens.  They currently have 2 gorgeous cats, Florence & Zebedee.  Mark & Lucy started Petpals (Norwich) in February 2006, following many years working in the television industry.  They decided to give up the daily commute to London and pursue something new following their move back to Norwich, & a career that allowed them to combine their love of animals with the great outdoors led them to Petpals. 

At Petpals we are fully trained and insured. Our pet sitting services are flexible and can be tailored to your pet’s individual needs. Our pet sitting and pet care services include, dog sitting, dog walking, cat sitting, home visits for small pets, puppy care, elderly dog care, a pet taxi and pet to vet service.

Dog Walking/Puppy Visits

We offer two options for our dog walks & puppy visits, depending on your dog’s needs. 30 minutes is usually sufficient for puppy outings and the more mature, & 60 minutes seems to satisfy the most energetic and enthusiastic dogs.  Norwich is blessed with numerous parks & woodland, and we offer as much variety as we can.  We will make every effort to match socialised dogs with a playmate, and for those who have to stay on a lead, or prefer something a little more sedate, there are plenty of bridal paths at our disposal.  We can guarantee that your dog will have a great time, wherever he goes and whatever the weather!

Cat Visits

Petpals has proven to be very popular with clients who would rather leave their cats at home, surrounded by all that is familiar to them.   Cats thrive in their own environment and are generally much happier with their own creature comforts.  We clean food bowls & litter trays during every visit, and ensure there is plenty of time to play with & cuddle any cat that enjoys the attention!  We are also happy to care for any cat needing medication, including those requiring regular insulin jabs to control Diabetes.

Pet Taxi

We can transport your pet in comfort and safety, so if you are moving house or just need us to take him to the vet, give us a shout.

  We recently went away on holiday leaving our 9 month old cat Squeak staying with the vet with complications arising from an abcess. Her sister Bubble was now without Squeak and us. Mark and Lucy of Norwich Petpals looked after Bubble, liased with the vet, returned Squeak home and dealt with her follow up care at the vet's. We were in regular email contact with Mark and Lucy who were able to reassure us that all was well. We relaxed knowing that they would know what to do and returned to two happy bouncy cats!

  Our puppy Lotte has been looked after by Mark and Lucy since she was a little puppy. She is incredibly fond of them and practically combusts with excitement when she sees them. She has made some gorgeous doggy friends on her days out with them and always comes home happy and tired! Mark and Lucy are incredibly kind, thoughtful, flexible and conscienscious. We could not ask for a better service. They are very important to all of us. I cannot reccomend them enough.

  We would highly recommend the dog walking service that Mark & Lucy provide. Our dog Snoopy, who is an extremely active Cocker Spaniel, loved the time he spent with them and we could tell that he was always well looked after. We will definitely use their services again if the need arises!
