Mark & Lucy have a wealth of experience from a lifetime spent with animals, amongst them are cats, dogs, rabbits, a donkey, a tortoise, ducks & chickens. They currently have 2 gorgeous cats, Florence & Zebedee. Mark & Lucy started Petpals (Norwich) in February 2006, following many years working in the television industry. They decided to give up the daily commute to London and pursue something new following their move back to Norwich, & a career that allowed them to combine their love of animals with the great outdoors led them to Petpals.
