After 15 years in the airline industry Emma-Jane LaRoche launched her Petpals operation in October 2003 where she was the first to open a Petpals Franchise in Surrey. Her husband Sean joined her in 2011 having also left the airline industry.
Emma-Jane and Sean have 2 dogs of their own and a parrot called Baby. Emma-Jane's main hobby is dog agility where she competes throughout the country and has been a finalist at Crufts on several occasions. She is also an Agility Club Approved Instructor (1st Class). She has shown dogs in both the UK and abroad and volunteers at a local care home with one of her dogs who is a registered PAT dog (Pets as Therapy). She is a volunteer for Bichon Frise Rescue and is a committee member of the Lagotto Romagnolo Association.
Sean has grown up with both cats and dogs and with his change of career is thoroughly enjoying working outdoors.
Emma-Jane and Sean are very happy to discuss your pet care requirements and give help or advice should it be required. New customers have normally been recommended by customers who have previously used their service and are delighted with the care and attention their pets have received. Their most popular requests are for dog walking and cat feeding however they are experienced in looking after a variety of pets.
