In June 2002, Clare launched the Petpals professional pet and home care services operation covering Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot and the surrounding area in North Hampshire and the Hampshire/Surrey borders. Operating from Fleet, Clare and her team of long-term dedicated carers, Jackie, Anna, Theo, Maia and Siri are proud to offer pet owners a quality of care for their pets that is second to none. A large client base who return again and again to use their services include people from all walks of life and professions.

Clare and Paul live with their 2 daughters plus pets: Millie the golden retriever, Lucy the terrier cross and Ester their very elderly cat. Clare spent a lot of time in the hills in Northumberland as a child and learnt a lot about farm animals as well as having dogs, guinea pigs and budgies as pets. She once boarded a 4 week old gosling on it’s holiday from the farm! In addition the years with Petpals have helped the team accumulate a wealth of experience with pets of all shapes and sizes including rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, birds, fish and exotics.

On going pet welfare training, liaising with local community police, community groups and vets all assist in the provision of a friendly, flexible, professional and personally-tailored service that puts the pets first. We have built an excellent reputation for providing dog walking, dog boarding, pet sitting and pet taxi. Pet sitting and dog boarding are particularly popular as an alternative to catteries and kennels for holidays, weekends away and business trips. Local vets regularly recommend us to customers.

At Petpals we are fully trained and insured. Our pet sitting services are flexible and can be tailored to your pet’s individual needs. Our services include dog sitting, dog walking, dog boarding, home visits for cats and small pets, puppy care, elderly dog care, home visits for dogs, cat sitting and a pet taxi and pet to vet service.

• Dog Walking

  Making use of the many areas found locally, our dog walking aims to give your dog a stimulating and enjoyable walk in a safe environment. These can be individual visits for your dog(s) and or multi walks, with up to four dogs at a time transported in our purpose fitted vehicles.

• Puppy and Elderly Dog Visits

  Our puppy and elderly pet care service offers you units of time during the day to visit your dog(s) at home. During the visit we walk your dog or puppy, play, and if required help with ongoing training, toileting breaks, etc., along with, of course, lots of TLC.

• Dog Boarding and Pet Boarding

  We offer a pet boarding and pet care experience where your dog can stay in the home of one of our carefully selected, dedicated carers. You will be given the opportunity to meet the pet boarding carer before you go away and to see where your pet will be staying. When your dog stays with a Petpals approved family they are treated as one of the family with all the usual sights, sounds and smells of family life, but best of all they will receive all the love, cuddles and attention they deserve!

• Cat Sitting and Cat Visits

  Petpals have proven to be very popular with clients that want to leave their cats at home in there own environment, with familiar comforts and smells, particularly with elderly cats and cats that need medication. Our cat sitting service allows clients to go away safe in the knowledge that Petpals are visiting their cats to feed, clean litter trays if required, play, along with lots of TLC.

• Pet Sitting and Home Sitting

  Our home based pet sitting service is a real alternative to kennels, your pets can remain in their own familiar surroundings, with their own routines and food while you are away.

• Small Pets and Exotics

  Petpals also have varied experience in caring for small pets and exotics and are happy to provide home visits for these types of pets too.

• Pet Taxi

  Petpals are equipped with pet friendly vehicles fitted with specially designed safety cages of various sizes with a vet bed on top of removable rubber matting for hygiene. We can transport everything from small pets and cats to giant dog breeds. We can also help with trips to the vets.
