Diane & David Jones took over the Eastleigh area of Petpals on 1st July 2008 after working with the previous owner since January 2008. They have built an excellent reputation for providing dog walking, at home cat and small animal visits, home boarding and pet taxi services with their team of friendly, experienced and dedicated carers Janet and Fern. Total customer satisfaction and contented, happy pets are their prime objective. Diane says ‘Knowing how much pets are loved and valued by their owners, we take a great deal of care in understanding the pet’s routines and behaviours in an effort to mirror those patterns in the absence of their owners.’

No animal (yet!) is too small or too large for us to care for. In every case, we’ll meet you first for a FREE initial assessment to understand your needs and the needs of your pet, making sure we completely satisfy your requirements. Our flexible service allows you to make further bookings via phone, email or text. Our services are available 365 days a year.

As well as experience in caring for a large variety of pets, Petpals Eastleigh will provide carers who are fully trained, insured, police checked and uniformed. We are trained in pet welfare, first aid, sanitation and the care of older pets and pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction record, providing exemplary customer testimonials.

At Petpals we are fully trained, insured. Our pet sitting services are flexible and can be tailored to your pet’s individual needs. Our pet sitting and pet boarding services include, dog sitting, dog walking, dog boarding, home visits for cats and small pets, puppy care, elderly dog care, home visits for dogs, home sitting, cat sitting and a pet taxi and pet to vet service.

In addition to cats and dogs we are able to look after small pets such as rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pigs, birds, fish and exotics. We can supply all leading brands of pet food delivered to your door. We can also administer medication and help with ongoing training needs.

• Dog Walking

  Making use of the many areas found locally, our dog walking aims to give your dog a stimulating and enjoyable walk in a safe environment. These can be individual visits for your dog(s) and or multi walks, with up to four dogs at a time transported in our purpose fitted vehicles.

• Puppy and Elderly Dog Visits

  Our puppy and elderly pet care service offers you units of time during the day to visit your dog(s) at home. During the visit we walk your dog or puppy, play, and if required help with ongoing training, toileting breaks, etc., along with, of course, lots of TLC.

• Dog Boarding and Pet Boarding

  We offer a pet boarding and pet care experience where your dog can stay in the home of one of our carefully selected, dedicated carers. You will be given the opportunity to meet the pet boarding carer before you go away and to see where your pet will be staying. When your dog stays with a Petpals approved family they are treated as one of the family with all the usual sights, sounds and smells of family life, but best of all they will receive all the love, cuddles and attention they deserve!

• Cat Sitting and Cat Visits

  Petpals have proven to be very popular with clients that want to leave their cats at home in there own environment, with familiar comforts and smells, particularly with elderly cats and cats that need medication. Our cat sitting service allows clients to go away safe in the knowledge that Petpals are visiting their cats to feed, clean litter trays if required, play, along with lots of TLC.

• Pet Sitting and Home Sitting

  Our home based pet sitting service is a real alternative to kennels, your pets can remain in their own familiar surroundings, with their own routines and food while you are away.

• Small Pets and Exotics

  Petpals also have varied experience in caring for small pets and exotics and are happy to provide home visits for these types of pets too.

• Pet Taxi

  Petpals are equipped with pet friendly vehicles fitted with specially designed safety cages of various sizes with a vet bed on top of removable rubber matting for hygiene. We can transport everything from small pets and cats to giant dog breeds. We can also help with trips to the vets.

  Petpals provide a first class service for our area in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. They are very reliable and professional and we would never hesitate to recommend them. Our two cats are able to stay in the comfort of their own home when we go away and we are assured in the knowledge that they are given every attention possible - so much better than a cattery. Petpals attention to detail is great - an event log is filled out each day which is useful to refer to, and it is good to know that someone is going into the house each day for security. We will always use Petpals -FANTASTIC!
