Emma launched her Petpals professional pet and home care services operation in March 2005.

Emma has given up her job as an Account Manager to combine her love for animals and the great outdoors with her ambition to run her own business.

Over the years Emma has had a wide range of experience both owning and looking after a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, snakes, birds, ferrets and a host of other small animals. Emma is currently the proud owner of Fergus, a handsome Gordon Setter and 2 boisterous RSPCA rescue cats.

Emma is looking forward to working with Steve Fryer the World famous Dog Whisperer in the near future, and is very keen to study animal behaviour in more detail.

At Petpals we are fully trained, insured. Our pet sitting services are flexible and can be tailored to your pet’s individual needs. Our pet sitting and pet boarding services include, dog sitting, dog walking, dog boarding, home visits for cats and small pets, puppy care, elderly dog care, home visits for dogs, home sitting, cat sitting and a pet taxi and pet to vet service.

Pet Care, Pet Sitting, Pet Boarding and Dog Walking Service offered by Petpals Crewe & Nantwich

• Dog Walking

  Making use of the many areas found locally, our dog walking aims to give your dog a stimulating and enjoyable walk in a safe environment. These can be individual visits for your dog(s) and or multi walks, with up to four dogs at a time transported in our purpose fitted vehicles.

• Puppy and Elderly Dog Visits

  Our puppy and elderly pet care service offers you units of time during the day to visit your dog(s) at home. During the visit we walk your dog or puppy, play, and if required help with ongoing training, toileting breaks, etc., along with, of course, lots of TLC.

• Dog Boarding and Pet Boarding

  We offer a pet boarding and pet care experience where your dog can stay in the home of one of our carefully selected, dedicated carers. You will be given the opportunity to meet the pet boarding carer before you go away and to see where your pet will be staying. When your dog stays with a Petpals approved family they are treated as one of the family with all the usual sights, sounds and smells of family life, but best of all they will receive all the love, cuddles and attention they deserve!

• Cat Sitting and Cat Visits

  Petpals have proven to be very popular with clients that want to leave their cats at home in there own environment, with familiar comforts and smells, particularly with elderly cats and cats that need medication. Our cat sitting service allows clients to go away safe in the knowledge that Petpals are visiting their cats to feed, clean litter trays if required, play, along with lots of TLC.

• Pet Sitting and Home Sitting

  Our home based pet sitting service is a real alternative to kennels, your pets can remain in their own familiar surroundings, with their own routines and food while you are away.

• Small Pets and Exotics

  Petpals also have varied experience in caring for small pets and exotics and are happy to provide home visits for these types of pets too.

• Pet Taxi

  Petpals are equipped with pet friendly vehicles fitted with specially designed safety cages of various sizes with a vet bed on top of removable rubber matting for hygiene. We can transport everything from small pets and cats to giant dog breeds. We can also help with trips to the vets.

  Emma and her team have been absolutely fantastic with my whippet puppy - they've really helped to build his confidence and stop him from getting bored on his own so I've not had any problems with house training or chewing! I really look forward to coming home and reading their comments each time they visit. They are worth every penny!

  Emma and her petpals looked after our four cats; Cassie, Cocoa, Molly and Tess(M&T are semi-feral) while we were on holiday (10/09/11 to 16/09/11). When we returned home we were relieved to be greeted by four contented cats! We cannot express how thankful we were to find our cats as we had left them. They had obviously been the objects of kindness, care, attention and adequate medication. We would not hesitate to use Emma's services again.

  Emma and her team looked after my dogs for the last 2 years and we have now moved out of the area. I just wanted to say how wonderful the service is and I could see from the dogs' reactions to the handlers that they were treated as if they were their own pets.   We have had our two cats for over two years and brought them home from RSPCA Stapley. They got very upset every time we left for work and were waiting for us when we got home. We realised we couldn't disappear off for weekends and leave Smudge and Felix and then we found petpals. We tried the service and it was purrfect!!! We cam home to a log of times of where and how the cats were. We also came home to two totally relaxed cats who just opened their eyes to look at us and went back to sleep! We would thoroughly recommend this service and have booked them again for the future.

  Many thanks to Emma for taking such good care of my three lots of chickens, quails and cockatiels while I enjoyed my first holiday in years, I had total peace of mind knowing that they were being well looked after with the added bonus of having my mail collected and even the bin was put out !   I would just like to formally thank Emma and Phil for their care of Molly & Jasper during our recent holiday. The service provided is as good as it sounds and I will definitely be using them in the future. Both cats were far happier on our return than they have ever been previously when left in a cattery, they had evidentally been well cared for, especially Jasper who requires medication daily.   Emma has looked after my four cats twice now and i am absolutely thrilled with the service. They had obviously been well cared for whilst we were away and the daily diary was very reassuring to read on my return as one of my cats is very old and frail and it was like a medical update on her.   We have used Emmas pet sitting service with great success, so when we needed a dog walking service there was no hesitation in contacting Emma, Emma and all her dog walkers have been fantastic, I really can't praise them enough, they pick up and drop Gilly off from our home and Gilly loves it.   I can't thank Emma enough for looking after my two cats so well. Every time I have used a cattery my tom cat has found the whole experience to be really stressful and he doesn't eat properly while he is there. When I discovered Petpals in Crewe it really was the solution to all the cattery problems I had experienced in the past. My cats much prefer staying in their own home and Emma does a wonderful job looking after them. They aren't the type of cats that take to strangers very well but they really like Emma. My husband and I can now enjoy our holidays guilt free knowing that our pets are happy at home.
