I’m Sue and I am so excited to have launched Petpals Chichester, together with my husband, Jon.

With my background in tourism and customer services, followed by running our own bookkeeping and accountancy business for over 10 years, we are delighted to have set out on a new adventure; still running our own business, but providing a service that is much easier for us to be passionate about – pet care!!! And what’s not to love?

We live just outside of Chichester, where we are so lucky to have both the sea and the South Downs on our doorstep, and I like nothing more than getting out and breathing in the fresh air. Needless to say, I am a very keen walker and over the years, with my two rescue dogs, Floyd and Koco, we have covered plenty of miles with smiles!

Jon and I, and our first team member, Sarah, are proud to wear the Petpals uniform, drive the Petpals van and wave the Petpals flag. We firmly believe that our mutual values will give you the comfort and confidence that both your pets, and you, will be happy and safe in our care. We have met some wonderful furry, feathered and scaly friends on our Petpals journey so far, and some lovely owners too! We are also very proud to be supporting one of our local charities, The Cat and Rabbit Rescue Centre, with a monthly donation from our profits.

At Petpals we are fully trained, insured, uniformed and police checked. Our goal is to deliver high quality and professional pet services by providing reliable and flexible solutions for all your pet care needs. Our range of services can be personally tailored to your requirements and include pet home visits, dog walking, cat sitting, dog sitting, dog visits, puppy care, elderly dog care, pet taxi and pet to vet – all with the aim of providing your pets with the same love and affection they receive from you. Therefore, we offer a particularly popular alternative to catteries and kennels, for day trips or long breaks.
